Frequently asked questions
Do you come out to breakdowns outside Ankara?
Yes. After a pre-diagnosis, we make a scheduled visit with the necessary parts. For facilities with many units, we combine breakdown and maintenance work in the same visit.
Is there a travel charge for jobs outside Ankara?
Travel and accommodation are stated clearly in the quotation according to the scope of work. On bulk jobs, their effect on the cost per unit is greatly reduced.
Will you travel outside Ankara for a single unit?
For single-unit jobs we first look for a solution through remote pre-diagnosis and, if necessary, by shipping parts. If on-site work is required, we will consider a scheduled visit together with you.
