We also service fan coils not on this list, from manufacturers that are no longer in business, or with an unreadable rating plate. The core parts of a fan coil (motor, valve, coil, drain pan, thermostat) are similar regardless of brand; we match parts by dimensions and technical values.

Yes. We bring all the units in the building into a single inventory and manage them with one maintenance calendar and one contract.
